By downloading, installing, or using the Audar app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Audar is an AI-powered interpreter and messenger that translates speech and text across 50+ languages using Claude (by Anthropic) and ElevenLabs voice technology.

Audar provides AI-generated translations as an assistive tool. We do not guarantee perfect accuracy. Do not rely on Audar for life-critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions without independent professional review.

6. Intellectual property

The Audar app, branding, and underlying systems are owned by Mural Turan / Audar. Translations you generate are yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the data you submit solely to provide the Service (see Privacy Policy).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Audar at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any active subscriptions.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
